Hotel Ucla Center - Valledupar

I had an superb stay at this hotel. It quickly became one of my favorites in recent years. I felt at home. The staff were pretty good too make sure I had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent - clean, with a spacious en suite bathroom and a TV offering a wide variety of channels, including movies and sports. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable temperature. The breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was delicious and served in a lovely setting. The hotel also had a free jacuzzi on the top floor with amazing views of the city and surrounding mountains. I was even surprised to find a giant screen TV in the jacuzzi area, allowing me to enjoy my own music through YouTube while soaking in the warm water. The staff even brought us beers while we relaxed. the hotel had a fantastic courtyard and lounge area on the ground floor, perfect for socializing, working, or enjoying a drink in the evening. The free coffee and water in the reception area were much appreciated, and the WiFi was reliable and fast. this hotel was excellent value for money, with its comfortable rooms, great facilities, and really good staff.

Services included free WiFi. Free parking nearby was provided. Wonderful base for vacation in Valledupar. We would return there, thank you very much❤

Had a fantastic stay in my latest business trip. the hotel gave me the perfect location to attend all of my meetings without any trouble. the room was extremely clean and had all the facilities I could ask for, including a great air conditioning system and a vast number of TV channels to enjoy on my downtime. the fresh breakfast offered in the adjacent restaurant tasted delicious and got me ready for my long days ahead.

The noise level around the hotel. the street outside could be quite noisy at times and the walls between the rooms were somewhat thin, meaning sometimes I could hear my neighbours.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was the best decision ever. The accommodations were amazing - clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel like family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the rooftop, which had stunning views of the city and mountains. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day of exploring. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Honestly, there was nothing negative about our stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience.

Nothing not to love.

During our romantic escape, we had a great time in the hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable with a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast served was delicious, fresh and filling which kept us going for most of the day. Moreover, the rooftop hot tub was just perfect to enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and city, especially during the evening with a bottle of wine.

The staff didn't seem as friendly or helpful as expected. Some staff members were not able to communicate effectively in English, which made it challenging to understand some of the information and services provided.

The hotel was ideally located near a fantastic restaurant where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts. Our room was clean and had a spacious en suite bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We loved the free jacuzzi on the top floor with stunning views of the surroundings. The courtyard and lounge area were perfect for relaxing and socializing. the hotel offered great facilities and an amazing experience.

One negative aspect was that the wifi connection was unreliable at times.

This hotel was truly exceptional. the restaurant beside the hotel offered amazing food and warm hospitality. We were also very happy with the free coffee and water. the free Wi-Fi was a huge plus.
